Wilhelm II (Friedrich Wilhelm Victor Albert; 1859-1941)-the last German emperor (Kaiser) and the king of Prussia. For three decades of his reign, he personified the nation, which occupied one of the first places in the world historical arena, being the leading military-economic power, which has achieved huge successes in the field of science, technology and culture. At the same time, it was Wilhelm II who was considered the main culprit in the unleashing of the First World War, which not only changed the entire system of international relations, but also laid an end to his rule.
