The book presents the sermons of Archimandrite Naum (Baiborodin; 1927 - 2017) on Easter and the twelve holidays: the Christmas of Christ, the Baptism of the Lord, the Settlement of the Lord, the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin, the Transfiguration of the Lord, the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Christmas of the Blessed Virgin and others. The twelve holidays are devoted to the most important events of the earthly life of the Lord and the Mother of God, are the center of the liturgical life of our church. The texts of the services of these days are filled with thoughts about the secret of the house -building of our salvation, which means that they teach us the most important thing - faith in God, hope for Him and love for Him. Proceedings are distinguished by simplicity, intelligibility and beauty of presentation and are addressed to everyone who strives for spiritual life in Christ in the difficult conditions of modernity.
