The content of the workshop includes issues on the main topics of the course “Legal regulation of information technology (IT)”, tasks and practical situations for them, a list of recommended literature, regulatory acts and judicial practice. The workshop is fully consistent with the content of the work program of the discipline developed at the Department of International Private and Civil Law named after S. N. Lebedeva International Faculty of International Faculty of MGIMO Foreign Ministry.
