Workshop on the socio-economic geography of foreign countries. Tutorial. Komissarova Zh.N., Kalashnikov D.B.

The workshop is intended to deepen and expand students' ideas about the theoretical foundations of the discipline “Socio-economic geography of the countries and regions of the world”. The workshop contains thematic tasks of different levels of complexity, which are grouped on the main topics of the course and include both test and open verification issues, as well as work with contour maps, official international statistics, filling out tables, compilation of cardiagrams and geographical maps, solving applied tasks. Themes are equipped with reference material. The workshop develops analytical skills among students, consolidates the ability to use an interdisciplinary systematic approach, compare alternative points of view.
