The city of Yoburg is not on the map. In the Soviet Union there was a closed industrial giant city of Sverdlovsk, in Russia it turned into a Haitek Euro-Asian metropolis Yekaterinburg, and Yoburg was an intermediate stage between the Soviet and Russian formations. Yoburg is a city in the era of change, primarily in the "dashing nineties." In this book - a hundred short stories about Yekaterinburg on the break in history, a hundred short stories about a fierce struggle: the plots of real people who did not give up circumstances and stubbornly built the future. The era of change gave rise to heroes and titans, and the whole country knew many of them by names. Yekaterinburg never “fell out of history”, he always remained rooted in his life, always solved for himself, and therefore gave his own bright answers to all the burning questions of the era.
