The proposed manual is intended for students of the fourth grades of a comprehensive school.

The collection of ten stories, which are English-speaking versions of the world-famous fables and stories created by the legendary ancient gall poet Esop.

Each of the stories included in the manual is equipped with a series of exercises. Their implementation gives students the opportunity to delve into the meaning of what they read more deeply, to learn new vocabulary and prepare for the presentation of content in English. All tasks of a creative nature are intended for the development of communicative skills in reading and speaking.
