The textbook is intended for students in grades 7 and contains the following topics: “Physics and its role in the knowledge of the world”, “Original information about the structure of matter”, “Interaction of bodies”, “pressure of solids, liquids and gases” and “work and power. Energy". The methodological apparatus of the textbook is made up of questions for self -testing, issues for collective discussion, exercises, including computational and graphic tasks, a system of tasks of experimental, research, project and graphic nature, and descriptions of laboratory work. The material of the heading “This is curious” will allow students to expand their horizons. At the end of each topic, there is a heading “Results of the chapter”, in which the tasks are placed on the formation of natural science literacy, the topics of projects and research.
