The manual contains modern information on biology sections as “cytology” and “genetics”. It briefly sets out theoretical material for each of these sections, referful materials and a brief dictionary of terms are given, samples of solving problems are given, and 130 problems are presented for independent solutions with answers and explanations. Solving problems of a high level of complexity for the use of knowledge in a new situation will help students in preparing for a single state exam (USE) on biology.
