Antiseptic for external work - a concentrate for preservation of wood of various breeds operated in the open air with direct effects of atmospheric precipitation, soil moisture, hygroscopic and condensation moisture. Designed to protect against decay, mold, wood-colored mushrooms and two-tire insects for up to 30 years.

The antiseptic prevents and stops the already begun processes of wood lesions with biological agents. Effectively reduces the accelerated cracking of the ends of large -sized lumber. It does not change the structure of wood, does not prevent further processing, gluing and coloring. It can be used as an independent coating or as a bio -protective primer under the finish coating.

Method of application:

Work is carried out at ambient temperature and the processed surface of at least +5 ° C.

Clean the processed surface from dust, sawdust, chips, etc. If the surface of the wood is affected by wood -colored mushrooms (blue), the initial processing of the Prosept 50 wood bleach is recommended, which removes the fungus and returns the wood in a natural color.

For wood processing, it is necessary to dilute the drug with water in a ratio of 1:19. Concentration can be increased to 1:10 under adverse operating conditions and/or processing of wet wood. When mixing with water, an antiseptic solution forms-an emulsion of light brown color so that it remains stable longer, it is recommended to use a “mixer” type.

Attention! The antiseptic concentrate tends to thicken at temperatures of loved ones to +8 ° C. In this case, it is necessary to place the canister under hot water or in a bath with hot water, after which you can work with it. Two methods of wood processing are possible:

• applying the working solution to the surface of the wood using a roller, a brush with a synthetic pile or any spraying device. The application of the antiseptic should be abundant and uniform over the entire treated surface in 2 layers “wet along the wet”.

• Mestizing the material in the antiseptic solution. Dive time in the solution is 30-60 seconds. This method is most effective for processing a large number of lumber.

To ensure antiseptic properties, it is important to observe the recommended consumption of the working solution.

Processed wood should be protected from the effects of atmospheric precipitation to the complete drying of the surface and fixing the active substances - 24 hours at a temperature of 16-20 ° C and the relative humidity of 70%.

If necessary, further processing of wood can be continued by decorative and protective materials, for example, Prosept Biolasur.

Consumption: 250 - 350 g/m2.
