Instructions for the care of wooden dishes

Preparation for use:

1. Before the first use, rinse the wooden product in warm water without adding detergents.

2. Wipe the item with an absorbent fabric.

3. Leave it for 1-2 hours so that all moisture evaporates.

Rules of care:

• to protect against bacteria once a month, wipe the dishes with alcohol;
• Do not leave the products for a long time in water, since the tree absorbs moisture and may crack as it drys;
• Keep the dishes in a place where the sun's rays and moisture do not fall;  Wash products only manually, with a soft sponge with the addition of a small amount of detergent;
• do not leave wooden dishes with dirty or wet for a long time;  After washing, wipe the products thoroughly and dry in an upright position.

Tips:

1. When an extraneous smell appears, treat the surface with lemon juice.

2. If the shape of the plate has changed, dry it thoroughly, then soak the product with linseed oil and cover the surface with a heavy object. Fix the press for 12 hours.

3. If the cutting board becomes rough, go through it with fine -grained sandpaper.

4. Every 3-4 months, treat the dishes with linseed oil. Apply it to a soft fabric and wipe the dry product, then remove excess with a clean cloth.
