The chamotz Kertel is designed to prepare a solution used in masonry and repair of the furnace and internal walls of the furnaces with shamot (refractory) bricks of the stamps of the SB, Sha, Shak. The seams made by the Mertztel withstand the temperature up to +1690 ° C.

Attention! Mertiz chamotn - environmentally friendly material.

composition

The mesmotnaya msch-28 (clay is fireproof, chamotum powder).

Preparation for work

Attention! The properties of the product are guaranteed only with strict adherence to recommendations for preparation for work.

To obtain a strong seam, all fireproof brick should be moistened with water. Dry brick, when in contact with the solution, quickly takes moisture from it, while the astringent ability of the solution decreases and masonry is fragile. Masonry of alkaline and silicate brick furnaces is not allowed. It is possible to use an old, former brick. In this case, the brick should be carefully cleaned of the old pantry, should not have a lime plaque and traces of soot.

Preparation of the solution

To prepare the solution, the measurement is moistened with water to the cream -shaped consistency and thoroughly mixed with manual or mechanically. A high -quality solution should be stable and at the same time supple, i.e., when pressed with brick, fill all the irregularities of the masonry surface, while ensuring a slight movement of the latter along the solution during laying. In addition, the solution should not be delayed ahead of time, should maintain its plasticity and not be spaced until the product was put on it. According to the consistency, measurement solutions are divided into liquid, thick and half -blooded: - a liquid solution - 0.67 liters of water per 1 kg of mudtel; - a half -cube solution - 0.59 liters of water per 1 kg of mercnation; - thick solution - 0.43 liters of water per 1 kg of msel. For seams up to 2 mm thick, a liquid or semi -guty mortar solution should be used. Thick (similar to viscous sour cream) - with a seam thick 3-4 mm.

work procedure

The furnaces of furnaces and fireplaces are laid in rows, according to their sketches, with the help of trowel and embroidery. The seams of the masonry of the furnaces are filled with a solution to the entire depth. The remains of the solution from the side of the fuel and chimneys are immediately thoroughly removed, and wipe the surface with a mocemic brush or wet rag. The surface of fuel, channels and chimney from the inside should be as smooth as possible. The final hardening of the seams from the mercnation occurs as a result of the formation of a ceramic ligament.

consumption

Mertel consumption is about 100 kg per 1 m. Kub. Masonry depending on the consistency of the finished solution, or one package of 20.0 kg of mercnes for 30-40 pieces of single brick of the SHB-5.8 brand.

commissioning of the finished furnace

Attention! Incorrect drying can cause cracks on the surface of the furnace.

After the stove is erected in the seams of masonry and brick, a significant amount of moisture remains. Therefore, within 24 hours, after the complete end of the masonry work, the ignition and operation of the finished furnace is strictly prohibited. Then, within 3-7 subsequent days, depending on the size of your furnace, it is necessary to burn a small amount of fuel (wood chips, dry branches) in the furnace furnace at least twice a day for 1-1.5 hours. As the furnace dries, the amount of fuel must be increased. At the same time, all doors (furnace, blowing, food) and valves should be open. This is necessary to remove water vapor from masonry.

Attention! Increased humidity and low temperatures can increase the duration of the furnace.

To give your furnace, an aesthetic appearance, improve the operational, sanitary-hygienic and fireproof characteristics, we recommend using the stacked “stove” for plastering or the heat-resistant glue “stove-shaped” to facing the surface of your furnace with ceramic tiles or natural stone.
