The book is based on a course of lectures, given to students of the 3rd and 4th courses of the Faculty of Physics of Moscow State University, specializing in the field of theoretical physics.
The first part of the book discusses a variety of effects that are due to the interaction of the enzymes with Topological objects arising in the theories of scalar and calibration fields - solitons, instantons and sphalerons.
The second part set out less traditional material about the classical theories of the field in non -evident spaces and about solitons in such theories.
< < P> The book contains an addition, where the role of instanations as the saddle points of the Euclidean functional integral in the quantum field theory and some related questions are briefly discussed.the material presented can be studied in parallel with the study of quantum mechanics, and then the quantum theory of field theory.
