The completely isolated flat terminal (GN - 6.6 mm) REXANT is designed to create a high -quality connection of electrical equipment or connection of the wires with each other, which, if necessary, can be disconnected without unnecessary efforts. Such a terminal is used to end the multi-core copper wires when installing mobile electrical contact connections on a rolling stock (car, car, airplane, airplane and shipbuilding) or in other places where the reliability of the connection (for example, telephone or climatic equipment) is important. The completely isolated flat Rexant terminal consists of two components: a metal connector (nest) and a protective insulator that completely closes the plug. The metal connector is made of brass, with superficial electrolytic tinning, and the insulator of the terminal of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which reliably protects the place of squeezing the cable and the contact part. The color of the insulator is blue. The squeezing is carried out by special press roles (HT-301) on top of the protective insulator. Each terminal has a lock type fixer for a more durable mechanical connection with a plug. The use of KPPI makes it possible to significantly accelerate electrical work, while the possibility of multiple disconnecting and joining wires.
