The set is sold in disassembled form. Details are collected among themselves in grooves, as a constructor, without glue. After assembly, the house can be painted with pencils or paints.

• Height 1 and 2 floors - 21 cm, attic - 21–28 cm.
• The house is suitable for playing with dolls of 10-15 cm tall.
• The house is made of birch plywood. Thickness - 3 mm.
