• Before you do, collect the sorter and attach Velcro to it. Attach Velcro with a different type of coating to cards with the reverse (empty) side.
• Select the exercises for class and attach them to the walls of the sorter.
• Show the baby how the exercise is performed.
• Ask the child to repeat your actions.
• When the baby copes, ask him to unhook the card from the box and put it inside. This will mean that the task is performed well.

• Gymnastics daily 3-4 times a day for 3-5 minutes. So you will fix the produced skills in the child.
• Add one new exercise for one lesson. If the baby does not manage to perform any exercise well, it is better to work it, and not enter the new material.
• Use the mirror so that the child can see and control the execution of the exercise.
