2 volume (January - August 1939) is an archive of the German ambassador in Moscow, Tokyo and London Herbert von Dirksen. It consists of copies of official documents with a vulture for Mr. Ambassador, from official and personal letters. It is printed under the second edition of M., Politizdat., 1981, prepared for printing by the historical and diblomatic administration of the USSR Foreign Ministry. For historical accuracy, the publishing house retained the preface to the second edition.
