The educational and methodological kit "English in focus. Grade 11 ”is intended for students in grade 11 who finish the study of English in a secondary school. The textbook received positive conclusions of the scientific, pedagogical, public expertise of the RAO and the RKS. The material was created by the international author’s team: the Russian publishing house “Education” and the British Partner of Express Publishing (O. V. Afanasyeva, D. Duli, I. V. Mikheeva, B. Ob, V. Evans). The textbook is designed for 3 hours a week in educational organizations. It has a clear modular structure: 8 thematic modules, the section of authentic information about Russia, a grammatical reference book, as well as numerous applications, such as incorrect verbs, geographical names and much more. The textbook is characterized by the fact that students get acquainted with rational methods of learning a foreign language (Study Skills) and use English as a means of learning other disciplines. Inside the main modules, tasks are offered aimed at preparing for the OGE exam, with the RNE icon. For in -depth work on vocabulary and grammar, the Word Perfect & Grammar Check section is proposed. At the end of the textbook there is a special Exam Practice Section section with numerous tasks in the exam format aimed at different sections of the exam, respectively, different types of speech activity. The teaching materials consists of an extensive number of various components: a textbook, workbook, work program 10-11 (on the site), audio course (on the site), a book for a teacher, a book for reading (“Venice merchant”), an audio course for a book for reading (on site).
