The textbook is addressed to students of 2 classes of general educational organizations who are just beginning to master the basics of the grammar of the English language. The grammatical materials of the manual are introduced in the same sequence in which they are proposed in the textbook “English language” for grade 2 of the authors of Yu. A. Komarova, I. V. Larionova, J. Perrett. The introduction of a new grammatical material is carried out on a conscious basis and is accompanied by tasks for consolidation. The materials of the book will help organize systematic work on grammar and ensure a more effective formation of grammatical skills. A distinctive feature of the manual is its interdisciplinary nature: the grammatical phenomena of the English language are introduced based on the native language and are explained by the terminology, which second -graders are known from the course of the Russian language.
