flax seeds are traditionally used:
- as a source of PNZHK Omega-3 and Omega-6.
- as a source of flavolinas.
- as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and enveloping agent for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
- to normalize cholesterol.
- to normalize the intestines.
- to normalize hormonal balance in women.
Method of application:
- take whole seeds, chewing them and drinking them with any liquid (water, juice, yogurt). You can take crushed seeds, washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid (at least 1 cup).
- Pour the seeds with water (preferably boiling water) at the rate of 1 tablespoon per 1 cup of boiling water, insist 30 minutes, drink with seeds.
- You can add seeds to the baking dough (1 tablespoon per 1 kg of flour), as well as in finished dishes (porridge, salad).
- We recommend taking up to 50 g of flax seeds per day.
Composition: fried flax seeds of white oil, sea salt.
