The textbook is consistent with the Federal State Educational Standard of 2021. This textbook was developed in accordance with all the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of LLC, approved by order of the Ministry of Education No. 287 dated 05/31/2021. It is the main component of the UMK in French as the second foreign language of the Blue Bird line for students for students Grade 9 of general educational organizations.

The textbooks of this line were created by joint Russian-French author’s teams in a creative community with the International Center for Pedagogical Research in Sevra with the support and participation of the French Embassy in Russia and the French publishing house “Cle International”.

The main goal of the textbook is the formation of students of this level of communicative competence that would be sufficient for the transition from the educational context to the real situation of communication with native speakers. The features of this course are: interconnected training in all types of speech activity, communicative and sociocultural orientation of authentic educational materials, clear fixed structures.
