This textbook is the main component of the teaching materials in the French language of the Blue Bird line for students of general educational organizations. The textbooks of this line were created by joint Russian-French author’s teams in creative community with the International Center for Pedagogical Research in Sevra with the support and participation of the French Embassy in Russia and the French publishing house “Cle International”. The textbook complies with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of basic general education and is recommended for the study of French as a second foreign language. The features of this course are: interconnected training in all types of speech activity, communicative and sociocultural orientation of authentic educational materials, a single storyline, a clear fixed structure of blocks. The main goal of the textbook is the formation of students of this level of communicative competence that would be sufficient for the transition from the educational context to the real situation of communication with native speakers. The functional visualization of the visual series, the presence of an audio and reference material help to create an atmosphere of interested communication in the lesson.
