The textbook was created by the Enlightenment publishing house together with the French publishing house “Cle International” and is intended for students who continue to study French as a second or third foreign language in general education organization. The manual was created taking into account the requirements of the federal state educational standard of basic general education and is designed for two years of training. The manual contributes to the education of a polycultural and multilingual personality on the basis of the formation of a student’s communicative competence. Following this approach, the educational process brings the student as much as possible to real communication situations, and the educational material contains creative tasks on the development of the main components of communicative competence: speech, linguistic, intercultural, compensatory and educational and cognitive.
