This manual is devoted to the presentation of the most important problems of modern phytopathology, first of all, molecular aspects of plant relationships and their parasites. Molecular studies of the mechanisms of phytoimmunitis have made it possible to find general channels for the evolution of immunity in plants, invertebrates and vertebrates and argue the presence of a general theory of immunity. Molecular studies also showed that the receptor mechanisms and signal transduction of plants that lead to parasitism or symbiosis are based on, there are no fundamental differences. Finally, molecular studies of the interactions of parasites and plants have led to the creation of a new generation of chemical plant protection products - environmentally friendly, nonspecific and persistent.
