Katz, a teacher with a forty -year -old teaching experience, lecturer of the Institute for Advanced Studies of Teachers, the author of a set of textbooks for elementary school “Literary reading” In the series "Planet of Knowledge." All of them underwent state examination for compliance with the federal educational standard, approved by the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Russian Academy of Education, are recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and are included in the federal list of school textbooks.
