GEF. Literature Grade 8, part 2, Damn V.F.

The textbook is included in the line of educational and methodological sets edited by V.F. Chertov (grades 5-9). The textbook was prepared on the basis of a literature program edited by Professor V.F. Chertov. The works placed in the textbook, its reference and methodological apparatus are aimed at solving the problems of developing the skills of philological analysis of a work of art, work with literary text and additional literature, creating their own oral and written statements, and the use of acquired knowledge in various fields of life. In the 8th grade, the concept of the artistic world of a literary work (writer) is introduced, predominant attention is paid to the means of expressing the author’s position, the meaning of the title, and epigraphs. The ideas about literary gender and literary genres obtained in previous classes are summarized. Works are analyzed taking into account their genre specifics (ratio with genre tradition, the influence of other genres). In the process of studying the works of Russian literature, the initial ideas about the literary direction (classicism, sentimentalism) are formed, and separate features of direction and style in a literary work are considered. The main types of activities are essays devoted to the analysis of the art world in one of the aspects (theme, problems, plot, conflict, composition, figurative system, author’s position, etc.), works on moral-philosophical and journalistic topics using literary material , preparation of stylizations in the Dressing Admia genre, Epistles, Epigrams, as well as oral messages about the writer with the involvement of additional literature, Internet resources. Special sections of the textbook “Workshop” and “World in Word”, as in previous classes, continue their work on the formation of practical skills in analyzing the literary text, the development of oral and written speech, and the enrichment of the vocabulary of students. The textbook can be used in classes with in -depth study of the literature, which is reflected in the methodological apparatus and in the system of questions and tasks, including individual ones performed at the choice.
