The textbook is written in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of basic general education and the work program “Physical Culture. Grades 5-9. " The textbook gives basic information about health and a healthy lifestyle, the influence of physical exercises on the human body systems, about self -control and first aid for injuries. Much attention is paid to the development of motor abilities, as well as motor skills in the studied sports.
