Loren spent all her childhood under the canopy of the old ghost tree, and even the mysterious murder of her father nearby could not change the tradition. Time passed, and, it seems, all the inhabitants of the city, including the police, forgot about the tragedy and live calmly.

A year later, another murder happens in the town, and this time two girls become victims. The picture of the crime with its oddity is very reminiscent of the events of last year, but Lauren no longer hopes that the police will find the killer.
