The book is written on the basis of the current program in mathematics for grades 5-9 of secondary schools, gymnasiums, lyceums. It contains more than 2800 tasks, of which about 800 are given with solutions, and the rest are intended for independent solution.

Each chapter is divided into paragraphs, most of which are accompanied by brief theoretical information and methodological recommendations and includes a sufficient number of examples with detailed solutions. The tasks are carefully selected on the principle of uniformity of topics, types, methods of solution and are divided into two parts in terms of complexity. In the final chapter, the analysis and the causes of typical errors made by schoolchildren in the exam are given.

The tutor is addressed to students of grades 5-9 for independent repetition of the main topics of the program, preparation for the OGE, Olympiads of various levels, as well as pedagogical students, mathematics and tutors.
