The textbook is intended for children with disabilities and ensures the implementation of the requirements of the adapted basic general educational program in the subject area "Art" in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Education with intellectual disorders.

The content of the manual is aimed at the formation of a positive motivation for classes of various types of musical activity and readiness for the practical application of acquired musical experience in various sociocultural projects. In the fifth grade, students improve singing skills and concert performance skills with a variety of sound color, depending on the content and nature of songs. Listening, discussing and performing classic and modern pop music of different styles and genres, they will join the musical culture, acquire elementary ideas about musical recording, musical literacy, modern musical performers, electronic musical instruments and musical equipment.
