“Venus Milo” (French la vénus de milo, Greek αφροδίτη της μήλου) - an ancient Greek sculpture created during the Hellenism between 130 and 100 years BC. e. The statue depicts the ancient Greek goddess Aphrodite (among the Romans: Venus). This is one of the most famous works of ancient art; dates back to the tradition of the practitioner. A statue made of Paros marble, more human growth, its height is 202 cm. This is an ancient Greek original, and not a later copy, as previously thought. It is exhibited at the Louvre Museum in Paris.
