Method of use: accept children from 3 to 7 years old a day, children from 7 to 14 years old - 35–40 g per day, children over 14 years old and adults of 40-50 g per day. The recommended technique provides a physiological need for iron: for children 3–7 years old by 24 % (2.4 mg), for children 7-11 years old and boys 11-14 years old by 23.3–26.7 % (2.8– 3.2 mg), for girls 11-14 years old by 18.7–21.3 % (2.8–3.2 mg), the average daily need for adults is 22.9–28.6 % (3.2 –4 mg)
