The adventure novel of the modern Russian writer Oleg Sinnin, whose action takes place in a medieval cafe (old name of Feodosia). The offspring of a noble, but impoverished kind, escaping from various kinds of troubles, leaves his native geno and goes to the service in the Gazarian colonies, where it goes through life tests: love, war and mor, unexpectedly affecting circumstances and changes under their burden.
