Konev. Daines V.
A native of the Kulak family, a forestry lord, a Russian army fireworker, a “commissar with a commander’s vein”, “Master of Crips”, “Soldier Marshal” Ivan Stepanovich Konev took part in the largest battles and battles during the Great Patriotic War. Under Smolensk, Moscow and Rzhev, on the Kursk arc and Ukrainian land, in Romania and in the Berlin direction he showed high military qualities. Of course, there were failures, twice the anger of the Supreme Commander I.V. Stalin. But Konev proved with his affairs that he was worthy of the Marshal rod. His merits on March 30, 1945 were awarded the Order of Victory.
