Textbooks for grades 10-11 in literature continue the line of educational and methodological sets for grades 5-9 edited by Dr. Ped. sciences, professor V.F. Chertov. A textbook for grade 10 of the basic/in -depth levels was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary General Education and solves the problem of developing the skills of philological analysis of a work of art, work with literary text and additional literature, creating their own oral and written speech utterances, and the use of the obtained skills in different areas of communication. Particular attention in the textbook is paid to the study of a literary work in a historical and cultural context.

The textbook is intended for general educational organizations. It can be used in classes with in -depth study of literature, which is reflected mainly in its methodological apparatus, a system of questions and tasks, including individual students at the choice.
