Load fork for the battery NV-02, 12 V, 100/200 A
The load fork is designed to determine the degree of charge and serviceability of the automotive battery with a nominal voltage of 12 volts; as well as checking the serviceability of the generator of the onboard network using a high -precision voltmeter. The NV-02 load fork has two spirals and is suitable for checking the batteries of both small and medium tanks (one spiral is connected, load current 100 A), and an increased capacity (two spirals are connected, a load current of 200 A).
Using a load fork, you can check the degree of charging and the condition of the battery. Each element of the battery should be checked by connecting the load fork to its conclusions. Checking D.B. short -term. The battery is normal if the voltage on each of the elements does not change within 5 seconds and is 1.7-1.8 V. If the voltage does not change within 5 seconds, the same for all elements, but its value is in the range of 1.4 -1.7 V, then it is necessary to exercise. If the voltage is below 1.4 V, the battery is faulty. The voltage value when measuring the load fork characterizes the degree of discharge of the battery. The voltage in the range of 1.4-1.5 V indicates a 75%discharge of the battery in the range of 1.5-1.6 V-about 50%discharge, in the range of 1.6-1.7 V-about 25 %discharge, in the range of 1.3-1.4 V-about 100%discharge or about the element malfunction. If the voltage is 0.2 V for one of the elements in relation to other elements, charging or battery repair is required.
