The pear is made of soft elastic rubber, which pumps the air into the cuff pneumatic cell without much effort. The valve with a mesh filter protects the mechanism of the manometer and nipple from dust and small particles. It has a needle valve, which pulls the air with the required speed.

Thanks to the ring, you easily and quickly fix the cuff on your hand without outside help. A hard bar protects the skin from entering into a slot and does not allow matter to crush.

Metal tubes of the head of the tonometer are equipped with soft elastic olives, which are tightly adjacent to the ear holes, without injuring them. The length of the cuff allows you to measure pressure on the shoulder with a circle length 22–38 cm.
