Fish-free ciliary namazu- a device for preserving the catch alive. The caught fish is alive in the cage and for the duration of fishing is lowered to a depth of 1-2 meters. Small and medium fish in the cage last longer. The fish in the cage may remain alive and not deteriorate for several days.
