The running part of the tread is made of a rubber mixture created using SMART-MIX technology. This compound, containing silicon dioxide and rapeseed oil, retains elasticity at low temperatures, so that the tire is reliably adverse with icable surfaces. In addition, the components of the mixture increase the resistance of the tread to mechanical damage and abrasive wear.

The directed protective pattern has a continuous rib with a complex V-shaped form, which increases the course stability at high speed. The stiffness of the rib reduces the resistance of rolling and wear. Blocks forming elongated transverse edges provide good acceleration and inhibition in the snow.
