Humanity is waiting for noospheric thinking. At the same time, he awaits, not understanding and specifically without representing what awaits. It is waiting for something new, with which it begins to rebirth for the better. It awaits, not imagining when this happens specifically. And this happened. It is useless to talk about noosphere thinking or about noospheric self -organizational intelligence to those who are not waiting for him, does not know the word “noosphere”, does not know who V.I. Vernadsky does not feel the need to live by noosphere culture. Nevertheless, it is in it that the salvation of our planetary future. In noospheric thinking, there are two, close to each other, the term: “Conscious expansion” and “Conscious expansion”. What is the difference? The confident reader immediately sees: the level of awareness. Conscious is not yet conscious, which means immature. These are very capacious terms with which we cover the two sides of our lives: our self -organization and our life ambitions: demographic, economic, energy, military... conscious, but really almost unconscious expansion, today we are destroying our planet and go to self -destruction.
