Permoculture Zepp Holzer. Holzer Z.
Zepp Kholtser farm - these are more than 40 hectares of forest and agricultural lands, spread out on the slope of the mountain in Austrian Alps at an altitude of 1200 to 1,500 meters above sea level. This amazing place contrasts strikingly with dark fir forests on the surrounding slopes with its incredible lace of terraces, high beds, ponds, water flows and neat buildings connected by a network of roads and paths. Instead of monocultural forests, the slopes of the mountain here are covered with fruiting fruit forest and other violent vegetation - this is the most striking example of the real application of permaculture methods around the world.
In this book, Zepp Holzer in detail and in all practical details reveals his approach and all techniques of such a successful implementation of the harmonious natural environment of humans, plants and animals.
