The formation of a healthy and safe lifestyle of students is a set of knowledge, attitudes, norms of behavior that ensure the preservation and strengthening of students' health. This practical manual reflects tasks aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of students. The completion of tasks in the manual provides for independent work, collective work, work in pairs, groups and teams. There is also a place for creative work, participation in projects. There are a number of tasks aimed at the independent choice of the student and his further implementation. The independent work of students in different activities contributes to the active and successful socialization of the student.

The manual presents tasks for the formation of ideas about the basics of ecological culture, on a careful attitude to nature, about the rules of personal hygiene, the regime of the day, about rest, about proper nutrition, about safe behavior in the environment, about games. The main forms of extracurricular activities: developing situations of the game and educational type. Formed values ​​- health, safe behavior, nature, environmental culture.
