The third volume of the “works” of the Metropolitan of Surozhsky Anthony (1914-2003) is devoted to the church: its mysterious inner life, the relations of its members with each other and with society as a whole, the answers that the Church offers to question the world. The book was compiled mainly from the speeches and conversations of the Lord of Anthony, published for the first time. Some of the texts saw the light in the publications inaccessible to the reader.

The book is intended for the widest circle of readers, including those who have not yet fallen into the hands of the first (2002) and the second (2007) volume. The book contains an extensive bibliography of the works of Metropolitan Anthony, commentary, thematic and nominal indexes and richly illustrated by photographs.
