Inspector Sinya Kogami, together with colleagues from the third department of the Investigative Department, continues to unravel the “Case of the Clay” and, it would seem, is an unthinkable crime for modern Japan. The trace leads to a special boarding house "Kururi", where strict isolation contains some outstanding figures of the past. However, the entrance to Kururi is closed even for the guardians of the law, and only the emergency allows the heroes to continue the investigation.
