To achieve the best result, three simple steps:

• Process the damaged surface with the activator. In case of its absence, the use of other degreasers is permissible, but the effect will not be 100%. The activator is not just a degreaser - this is primarily a primer and an accelerator of the polymerization process. Active reagents that are part of it are selected in such a way as to soften the surface of the fabric for a short time, make it sticky and ready to accept the reinforcing fibers.
• Before applying, shake the tube with PVC gel with multidirectional movements of at least 1- 2 minutes to stir reinforcing fibers. Three types of fibers, which are part of it are selected in such a way as to ensure, at the same time, elasticity, elasticity and strength: carbon fiber (carbon), paraaramid fiber (Kevlar) and polypropylene fiber -fiber.   • during cuts - from 2 hours to 12 hours or more (depending on the length of the cut, the temperature of the surrounding air and your skills).

  If you are in an extreme situation, you have a lot of damage and you need to urgently go to the water, or go on a flight:

  • Process the damage by the activator. In the absence of it, the choice should be made in the direction of a more aggressive degreaser, in extreme cases the damage must be washed with soap solution, thoroughly wiped with a clean rag and dried.
  • glue the most primitive way (you can without a hardener, if not) For damage to a strip of PVC fabric so that it overlaps 10-15 mm damaged edges on each side of the damage. If the standard patch is not enough, but it is necessary to go out, cut the required amount of PVC from the boot, banner fabric, etc. Without hardener, at high loads and temperatures, the glue seam can be destroyed, so apply at over the perimeter the PVC gel with a width of at least 10-15 mm, pre-degreasing the surface. After 1-3 hours (depending on the amount of damage and your skills). If the ambient temperature is not high enough, you should heat up to 20 - 25 degrees

  Attention! You should not give full pressure to your product for some time until complete polymerization!

  Attention! These recommendations on the use of the activator do not apply to thin and delicate products, such as: inflatable beds, children's toys, life circles, etc. For their degreasing, less aggressive solutions should be used: alcohol, purified gasoline, etc.
