Practical-oriented tasks aimed at improving basic skills in the younger schoolchildren and the skills of using language units in educational and practical situations, and the formation of the original ideas about the norms of the literary language and the practical mastery of the culture of speech. The materials of the manual expand the ideas of students about the relationship of the language and culture of the people, about the national-cultural specificity of the Russian language.
