Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon (2 g) or 1 filter package (1.5–2 g) of the product, pour one glass (200 ml) of hot water, insist for 15 minutes, then strain the infusion or squeeze the filter package. Adults take half a glass (100 ml) of a finished infusion 4 times a day during meals. Duration: 1 month, if necessary, the reception can be repeated. Repeated courses are allowed during the year.
