Hony's garden strawberries are a rather old variety, characterized by high yield and sweet fruits. It was received back in 1979 in the American city of Honeoye, which is why its name went. Maternal varieties - vibrata and holidia are known for high yields and large shiny fruits. It was with these qualities that they awarded their “daughter” - the strawberry of the Khonya variety.

dates back to early varieties, the ripening period of which falls in the middle -colon of May. Flowering begins in April and lasts about two weeks. Under the shelter, it matures much earlier. Hony strawberries belongs to the varieties of a short daylight day (KSD), so it lays fruit buds in late summer or autumn, when the day lasts less than 12 hours. Flowering also occurs at a short bottom (less than 14 hours). The collection of new berries is carried out every 2-3 days. The entire fruiting period lasts about three weeks.
