PAYMENTS

SECURITY OF PAYMENTS

For payment (entering your card details), you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Stripe. The transmission of information is carried out securely using SSL encryption. If your bank supports secure internet payment technologies like Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, you may also need to enter a special password for payment.

This site supports 256-bit encryption. The confidentiality of your personal information is ensured by Stripe. The information you enter will not be disclosed to third parties, as stipulated by law. Payments made by credit card are processed in strict compliance with the requirements of Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl.

SHIPPING

We use international insured airmail with tracking numbers, shipping directly from Russia. We combine shipping and deliver WORLDWIDE!

Delivery Time: Approximately 2.5 to 3 weeks*, depending on your location.
*If you use a FREE SHIPPING COUPON, we may apply ground delivery for your order—waiting time for this delivery type can be up to 45 days.

To protect our company from unfair buyers, we have a standard handling time of 9 days. However, 80% of all orders are completed in 3-5 days. Please note: the guaranteed handling time is 9 days.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are packed and posted from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If an item is on backorder, your order will be held until it arrives in stock, which may take up to 30 days.

TAX & VAT

None of our product pricing includes tax, and we do not charge additional fees. It is your responsibility to pay any local customs or postal fees that may be incurred.

CHANGES TO ORDERS AFTER PAYMENT

If you would like to change the details of your order, you need to act quickly. The safest way to change your address is by contacting us through our live chat support. Due to delays in email responses, we cannot accept liability for requests that are not received or read after the parcel has been dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Full refunds are only possible BEFORE delivery and ONLY for items without options (like size or color). If any item from your order has options (size, color, or other variations) and has left our warehouse, returns are not possible. This is a specific aspect of our business. Any return is a very expensive procedure—this is why we do not accept all types of returns.

You can initiate a return only if there is a mistake with your order from the russianadept store side, such as wrong color/size/item/quantity, etc.

LATE AND LOST PARCELS

If your parcel is late, you must inform us, and we will submit a request to our postal service. After this, we will wait up to 25 days, and then you can request a new order instead of the lost one or ask for a full refund (your choice). If the lost order arrives after the full refund or sending a new order instead of the lost one, the customer must return the first order to the seller or will not receive the second parcel.

CONTRACT OF SALE

A product viewed on russianadept is an offer to treat; adding a product to your cart and proceeding through the checkout process does not constitute a legally binding contract of sale. A contract is formed only upon confirmation of shipment, in compliance with relevant electronic transaction regulations.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

To redeem referral points, your invitee (the person you invited to sign up on the russianadept website) must register for the first time using your invite link or code at the time of signup. Your referral points will be added to your account once your invitee completes an initial purchase through the link you provided.
