The textbook is included in the system of educational and methodical sets "Success Algorithm". It contains material on the topic “Man and his health” and is designed to study biology 2 hours a week. The textbook includes laboratory and practical work on the main topics of the course. At the discretion of the teacher, the last paragraphs of topics and blocks of the “Check yourself” tasks can be used for generalizing lessons. The star (*) marks the tasks performed by students at the choice, and the material studied in a review order. The textbook gives the possibility of in -depth study of biology in grade 9. Corresponds to the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education (2010).
