The proposed textbook contains a propaedeutic course to the line of textbooks “Living Nature” for grades 5-9, the material of which is designed for 35 hours of compulsory academic time. The textbook implements the conceptual ideas of the program aimed at the formation of a holistic picture of the material world and the uniqueness of life on planet Earth. Particular attention is paid to the environmental aspects of the relationship of living and inanimate nature. The content, structure and methodological apparatus of the textbook create conditions for the interactive learning of students.
